Manhattan Beach

What a great weekend it was! Started off with Adventure City on Friday, a nice family bike ride on Saturday and we ended the weekend with the beach! It was so amazing there!! We got to Manhattan Beach around 1:30pm and didn't leave until close to 7:00pm! The weather was PERFECT!! It was warm with a light breeze. We all had such a great time! Micah got into the water immediatley and didn't get out until we made him at 6:45pm! Julia also loved the water. She ran in and out the whole time - but is still working on keeping that water out of her mouth! She would get too excited when the waves would come toward her and instead of closing her mouth, she kept it wide open and swallowed the water. Although, after a few times, she started to get the hang of keeping her mouth closed. It was just so nice and relaxing there, it makes me want to go back every day! It is definitely going to be a staple of our summer!
